Explanation

Any State legislation imposing restrictions on interstate trade under Article 304(b) must be reserved for the consideration of the President and can become law only after Presidential assent.

अनुच्छेद 304(बी) के तहत अंतरराज्यीय व्यापार पर प्रतिबंध लगाने वाले किसी भी राज्य कानून को राष्ट्रपति के विचार के लिए आरक्षित रखा जाना चाहिए और वह राष्ट्रपति की स्वीकृति के बाद ही कानून बन सकता है।
